Kristina's professional journey is marked by an impressive 11-year tenure as a Deputy Sheriff for Pennington County, SD. Over the course of her law enforcement career, she demonstrated versatility by serving in the Patrol Division, followed by six years in the Investigations Division and as a School Resource Officer. In her role as a School Resource Officer, Kristina managed the safety and operational processes across four schools in three separate buildings. Her daily interactions included effective communication with school staff, students, parents, school administration, Sheriff’s Office administration, and various external agencies. Operating with minimal supervision, Kristina's ability to maintain positive relationships while handling emergency situations and consistently filing detailed reports showcases her dedication and expertise.
